1942 El Granito yearbook from Porterville High School, Porterville, California, featuring NBA All-Star and Boston Celtics legend Bill Sharman, with basketball team and other photos of the record-breaking Sharman throughout. The books do have signatures and salutations, however, does not appear to be
signed by Sharman.
The gymnasium at Porterville High school is named in his honor. He is one of just a few individuals who is enshrined in the Basketball Hall of Fame as both a player and a coach.
Nice condition. Also patriotic World War II theme throughout. Original owner's report card included as well. I also have the 1943 and 1944 yearbook picturing him and am happy to combine shipping, as well as several other years.
