    Description
This is the 1968 Street and Smith's Baseball Yearbook, featuring Jim McGlothin on the cover
    .
There is an interesting article by Brooks Robinson on the Hot Corner. Other articles focus on older stars switching to first base, and the "sophomore jinx." The Minor League section profiles prospect Reggie Jackson among others.
The 1968 Season saw the Detroit Tigers beat the St. Louis Cardinals 4 games to 3 in the World Series. Denny McLain won the AL Cy Young and MVP with 31 Wins. Bob Gibson won the NL Cy Young and MVP with a 1.12 ERA. Johnny Bench won the NL Rookie of the Year, while Stan Bahnsen was the AL Rookie of the Year.
The condition of this program is VG-EX
. The front cover has nice color and gloss, with light wear, particularly at the left side corners. The back cover also has nice color and gloss, with light wear and light staining at the borders. There are some stray marks in the lower right corner.
The spine is strong, with some fuzziness at the tips. The insides are clean. The yearbook is complete and intact. Please check the scans.
Don't miss out this opportunity to get a nice slice of baseball history, from one of its greatest eras.
    Payment
I would appreciate payment within 3 days of the auction ending, but if you need to delay beyond that, please let me know.
    Shipping
Shipping and handling is .75 I will combine shipping. If you win multiple items, please wait for me to send a revised invoice showing the combined shipping.
Why I don't offer "free" shipping.
We all know that there is no such thing as "free" shipping. The post office charges for every item they deliver. So the only way to offer "free" shipping is to build the shipping charge into the price of the item. However, often times people purchase multiple lots. By not building in the shipping charge into the price of each item, I am able to combine shipping charges, thereby saving you money. My shipping charges are very reasonable. With my safe and secure packaging, I often charge less than I spend on postage and packaging. I sincerely believe that by offering a low shipping charge along with combined shipping for multiple lots I am able to save you money in the long-run.
    About Us
I am a collector just like you. I get frustrated with over-grading and people trying to profit from excessive shipping fees. I believe I am a conservative grader (especially given some of the cards I have received). I provide high quality scans to give you the best view possible. I will disclose any defects to the best of my ability. However, if I happen to miss something, simply return the item within 30 days for a full refund, no questions asked.
