This is the newest (October 2021) design Bally Star Card 2nd tier level player. There are four tier levels. Legend 4th tier, highest level, Superstar 3rd tier, Star 2nd tier and the 1st tier Pro. Formerly a Caesars Rewards casino. The name has been covered temporarily by a piece of paper for discretion.  Card is used and is in excellent condition with normal scratch and scuff marks (look at picture).  This is the actual card you will receive.  Great card for your collection.
