with these you want your toes to just touch the front when you first get them, they aren't meant to be " comfortable " like a squishy sneaker, they are meant to be snug, do they don't slip off you're heals in cat leaps.
Please choose the next size up if wear with heavy sporting socks. Or you have the wider feet.
These shoes are made from good old plain canvas, so expect herm to lose 1/3 a size in the first 2-3 weeks of wear.
