This includes access to CEVA’s website, allowing you to track the order, schedule a delivery date, and schedule a delivery window!
Occasionally, some deliveries cannot be scheduled using the website. If that happens, you’ll be given a special phone number to arrange delivery. Most deliveries take place on weekdays (Monday through Friday) within standard business hours and require a signature. Deliveries do not include assembly, but our knowledgeable staff of Sales Advisors can talk you through the easy and quick process of assembling your digital piano. With some simple instructions and the occasional screwdriver, you’re all set to go.
