    Description

    Lot of South African and Egyptian Stamps and Envelopes from the 1940s/WWII era.
    This lot contains a total of six envelopes, four bearing stamps and postmarks from South Africa and two with stamps and postmarks from Egypt. All but one have WWII censor stickers. All had been sent internationally from the countries of origin to a business in New Jersey.
    These were found in a box of my grandfather’s things; he was an avid stamp collector and these were gifted to him from a relative. I do not believe he ever got around to going through these as they were in the original package they were sent to him in.
