This is a Ocean Casino Resort players card with Veterans Logo has no Tier Level honoring those that have served in the US Military, from Atlantic City, NJ. It just opened June 2018. There are 4 tier levels, Black 4th tier, Platinum 3rd tier, Gold 2nd tier and Blue 1st tier. The name has been covered temporarily by a piece of paper for discretion. Card is used and is in very good condition with normal scratch and scuff marks (look at picture). Cards are difficult to come by. This is the actual card you will receive.
