This is a Premier Ocean Resort Casino players card from Atlantic City, NJ. It opened June 2018. There are 4 tier levels, Black 4th tier, Platinum 3rd tier, Gold 2nd tier and Premier 1st tier. The name has been covered temporarily by a piece of paper for discretion. Card is used and is in excellent condition with normal scratch and scuff marks (look at picture).
