~PURCHASED at an ESTATE FARM SALE~VINTAGE
~~Vintage advertising stationary with OCTAGON Soap advertising at both top and bottom of the 8 1/2 x 11 inch pages.
OCTAGON SOAP was manufactured by COLGATE and was a multi purpose soap with uses from treating poison ivy and also used for catfish bait!
*! I was once told to bait a spot for catfish-you get a can of DOG FOOD and punch holes in each end and throw in the water and that sinks and the catfishh gather around what finally comes ot athat can and that is where you know the spot to fish and catch!*
