Centerfold scorecard (unmarked) features the St. Louis Cardinals, from a game of either July 30 or 31, or August 1 or 2 at Three Rivers Stadium.
This is is excellent condition, from my late father-in-law's collection.  Slight evidence of a vertical fold in the center (see photos).
