This Is a heavy solid porcelain paint tray.  It has no markings on the underside as to the manufacturer.  This comes from a smoke free and pet free household. Shipping/Packaging is .80. I will ship via the U.S. Post Office’s regular parcel post, Priority, media mail, or first class mail.
