Due to the nature and needs of traditional boxing performance, these were designed to have a more conformed fit. If you prefer a more conformed fit for your ring work,
we recommend
going half a size up from your typical size.
If you prefer a tad bit more room in general, regardless of whether you're wearing it for style or for the gym,
we recommend moving up one whole size
(example, if you normally are 6.5, we recommend moving up to 7.5)
