We classify items in these categories:
Brand New
items are unused and factory new.
Refurbished
items processed to ensure they meet original manufacturer specifications.
Like New
items have very minor wear, if any.
Very Good
items are well cared for but will have light wear and tear from normal use.
Good
items show wear from use, but remain fully functional. They may be marked, or have identifying markings on it, or show other signs of previous use.
Acceptable
items are fairly worn but continue to work as intended. Signs of wear can include aesthetic issues such as scratches, and discoloration.
Please refer to the pictures provided to see any imperfections that would impact an item's condition.
Payments:
We accept PayPal for all payments.
Store Hours And Support:
We are open Monday through Friday, 9:00AM-5:00PM CST. We are closed Saturday, Sunday, and all major holidays. If you contact us after store hours, it may be the following business day before we reply.
Domestic Shipping Policy:
We generally ship items within one business day and for the most part use USPS Priority Mail. If the item is purchased during the weekend or on a holiday, it will be shipped the next business day. We cannot ship to APO addresses, PO Boxes, US Protectorates, Hawaii or Alaska. We will only offer returns for items that did not match the listings description and in this event The buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.
International Shipping Policy:
We do not ship internationally
