In order to properly protect larger and heavier products, we ship those products with our freight service of choice, CEVA Logistics. These items are typically delivered in 7-10 business days. We’ll provide you with tracking information for your freight shipment within 24 hours of your order leaving our facility. This includes access to CEVA’s website, allowing you to track the order, schedule a delivery date, and schedule a delivery window!
Occasionally, some deliveries cannot be scheduled using the website. If that happens, you’ll be given a special phone number to arrange delivery. Most deliveries take place on weekdays (Monday through Friday) within standard business hours and require a signature. Deliveries do not include assembly, but our knowledgeable staff of Sales Advisors can talk you through the easy and quick process of assembling your digital piano.
